Cranberry, Apple, and Almond Quinoa Salad



1 cup uncooked quinoa

2 green or red apples

1.5 cups of slivered almonds

1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds  

1/2 cup of organic dried cranberries

3 chopped carrots

2 ribs of celery

1/3 cup maple syrup

a few pinches of cinnamon


1 cup dried quinoa add to two cups of water ( I like to infuse mine, add fresh copped garlic, some coconut amino acid and some olive oil and a dash of cinnamon )  bring to a boil and then simmer for 13 mins

Let the quinoa cool and add the remainder of ingredients and serve
