Chocolate Banana

Serves 2

 

  • 2     cups of Almond Milk ( Unsweetened)
  • 1     medium banana
  • ¼     avocado
  • 1     tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 2     tbsp rolled oats
  • 1     tbsp LSA (ground linseed, sunflower seeds, almond mix)
  • a     handful of spinach, kale or chard leaves

 

Breakfast smoothie: -2 cups baby spinach -1 cup fresh pineapple -1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts -2 medjool dates, pitted -2 lady finger bananas -2 cups purified water -Juice of half a lemon -Blend for 2 minutes

 

Lunchtime smoothie: -1/2 cup dandelion greens -1/2 cup kale -1/2 an avocado -1 cucumber -Juice of 1 lemon -1/2 cup coriander -1 1/2 cups water -Blend for 2 minutes

Green machine

Serves 2 -3 celery stalks -2 carrots -2 kiwi fruits -2 oranges -1 apple -1 pear -2 cups water or ice

Green Monster

Severs 2

2 cups spinach -3 medjool dates -1 nectarine -4 strawberries with greens attached -2 frozen bananas -1 1/2 cups water -Blend for one minute, or until completely smooth -Makes 2 large glasses

 

Hemp Berry

 

1 tbsp hemp seeds -1 1/2 cups water -1/2 cup blueberries -1/2 cup blackberries -1 tsp cacao powder -1 tsp maca powder -1 tsp coconut oil -1/2 cup ice

 

RASBERRY RED Serves 1 -3/4 cup frozen raspberries -1 cup fresh coconut water -1 scoop protein poweder -1/2 cup water -1 tbsp chia seeds -1/2 tsp flax oil -1 tsp barley grass powder -1 tbsp hemp seeds

 

Ruby Red

Serves 1 -1 ruby grapefruit -2 carrots -1/4 small beetroot -1 inch ginger -4 celery stalks -1 apple -Juice and revive yourself 

 

Superfood Smoothie

Serves 1 You can buy all of the superfood ingredients at your local health food store -1/2 cup strawberries -1 frozen banana -1 tbsp goji berries -1 tsp maca powder -1 tsp lucuma powder -1 tsp mesquite powder -1 tsp cacao powder -1 tsp cacao nibs -1 tsp acai powder -1 tbsp hemp seeds -1 1/2- 2 cups fresh coconut water

 

Blueberry Bannana Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 1/2     cup frozen blueberries
  • 1     large ripe banana
  • 1/4     cup old fashioned or rolled oats*
  • 1     cup almond milk
  • 1     tbsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 1     tsp chia seeds
  • a     handful of spinach, kale or chard leaves

 

Fruity Tootie

  • A     bunch of Frozen Fruits (Strawberry, Cherry, Blueberry, Raspberry,     Blackberry, etc)
  • Hemp     Seed
  • Cacao     Powder or Nibs
  • Maca     (1Tbsp)
  • Coconut     Water or Filtered Water
  • 1/2     Avocado
  • 1/2     Cucumber
  • Head     of Bok Choy

 Maca is a powerful hormone regulator. Toss it in for an extra vitality boost.

 

Summer Splendor Smoothie

  • 4     leaves chard, stems removed
  • 3     stalks celery
  • 1     head fresh parsley
  • 6     apricots
  • 3     peaches
  • ½     vanilla bean

Green Hemp Smoothie

  • 2     tbsp hemp protein powder or hemp seeds
  • 1     handful greens
  • 1-2     dates
  • 1     cup berries
  • 1     cup coconut water
  • 1     tsp vanilla powder

Adding hemp seeds, flax seeds, coconut oil or nuts will make any smoothie filling and satisfying. I like how Kevin doesn’t go over board on the nuts, but goes with hemp instead.
