Asian Cabbage Slaw

What you need: 

1/2 of a small green cabbage

1/2 of a small purple cabbage

3 carrot

1/2 cup almond slices

1/2 cup sesame seeds

3 green spring onions

For the dressing

1/4 cup olive oil

1-2 clove garlic

1/2 inch of ginger

2 tsp sesame oil

Juice of 1 lime

1/4 cup Tamari or coconut amino acids

Honey or maple syrup ( the amount will depend on you) 

Chili

What You Do

Shred the cabbage

Shred the carrots

Toast the nuts and seeds

Chop the spring onion

Combine in a bowl

Dressing

chop the garlic and ginger and combine everything together and whisk

Serve over cabbage when ready to eat!
