Mock Tuna


1 cup almonds 
 1 cup sunflower seeds
 Handful of fresh basil 
 1 avocado 
 1/4 red onions 
 2 carrots
 2 celery ribs 
 3 table spoons of pickle brine ( great pre and probiotic)
 Splash of maple syrup 
 1 tablespoon of grain mustard

 Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend, sever on top of your favourite greens and add additional toppings of choice.
