Power Balls – Better Than Chocolate!

Ingredients

1     cup almond butter or any nut or seed butter of your choice

  • 3/4     cup pure manuka honey
  • 1/4     cup carob powder
  • 1     cup oat bran
  • 1/4     cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4     cup chopped or ground pumpkin seeds or any other seed you like
  • 1/2     unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • ICombine     the almond butter and honey in a bowel and mix until smooth
  • Add     the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix until all ingredients are     blended together
  • You     can now form your balls
  • After     forming the balls roll them through coconut shreds
  • You     may store them in the fridge for up to two weeks
