Lettus Fajittas


1 Large onion

 4 peppers mix up the colours 

 Cumin powder

 Chili Powder

 Smoked paprika


Coconut oil


 Cut the onion into rings 

 Cut the peppers into strips 

 Heat your frying pan and add coconut oil 

Add the onion and sauté until translucent (add a generous amount of cumin powder, chili powder and smoked paprika and salt)

 Add all the peppers ( allow for the water to burn out ) Re season the whole mixture and allow for the veggies to sauté and become very tender

Dress them up
